The Clarametyx Biosciences services, http://tpd.1c2.myftpupload.com website (the “Website) and any Clarametyx mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”) are operated by Clarametyx in the United States.  We take the private nature of your personal information very seriously and this Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you use the Services.  Please read this notice very carefully.

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Children’s Privacy

Users under 18 years of age may only use the Services under the express guidance and direction of their parent or guardian who has accepted these terms on their behalf.  Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the Services for any purpose and Clarametyx does not collect information from children under the age of 13.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?

User Registration

If you register to use the Services, contact us on our website form or join a mailing list you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.  You may also voluntarily give us information that could be considered sensitive such as gender, health information and other information you provide.  You may only share information with us that you have the full right and authority to share in accordance with this policy.  Please only share sensitive information are you are comfortable sharing with Clarametyx. 

When do we collect information?

Personal Information

We collect personal information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, contact us fill out a form or enter information on our site.  The personal information you provide when using the Services is entirely voluntary.  If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving emails, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each email and you will be removed from our mailing list.

Website Access Information and Use of Cookies

Like most website operators, Clarametyx collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request when visitors use the Website.  Clarametyx’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Clarametyx’s visitors use the Services. From time to time, Clarametyx may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Services. Clarametyx also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to the Services. For instance, Clarametyx may monitor the Website to help identify spam.

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website, which uses cookies to serve ads on our site. In addition, in some cases we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if Clarametyx or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Clarametyx goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Clarametyx may continue to use your personal and non-personal information only as set forth in this policy. Otherwise, we will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.

Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by contacting us at  support@clarametyx.com.  If we have sent you a promotional email, you may unsubscribe to a mailing list by following the instructions provided at the bottom of the email.  This opt out does not apply to information provided to Clarametyx as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

How You Can Update, Correct or Delete Your Information

Clarametyx acknowledges the individual’s right to access their personal data for the purpose of updating, editing or deleting it. You can access the information that we collect online by submitting a request inquiries@clarametyx.com. We reserve the right to take appropriate steps to authenticate an applicant’s identity, to charge an adequate fee before providing access and to deny requests, except as required by applicable law.

Your account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so may result in your not being able to access or receive certain services.

Destruction of Your Personal Data

Clarametyx will store your personal information only so long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for its collection. Once the storage of your personal information is no longer necessary, Clarametyx will securely destroy your data to protect it from unauthorized use or disclosure.
