Faith Voinovich is a dynamic venture capitalist with a proven track record of leading deals spun out of top research institutions and serving as a trusted partner in formulating fundraising, M&A, and development strategies for early-stage tech and life sciences companies. Currently, Ms. Voinovich is a Principal at Ohio Innovation Fund, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing OIF’s portfolio, including having advised on the successful exits of Stirling Ultracold (Biolife Solutions, NASDAQ: BLFS) and Complion (RealTime CTMS). Her contributions to the venture capital ecosystem have earned widespread recognition, and she received the Rising Star Award from the National Venture Capital Association. Ms. Voinovich holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Ohio University’s Russ College of Engineering, where she attended as a Russ Cutler Scholar.
